    • From her obit: "Olive Blanche Fisher died at her home in Newton, Ia., Feb. 5th, 1903, aged 24 years and 20 days. Sbe was born in Blandinsville Jan. 15, 1807. At the age of 11 years she united with the Baptist church. About three years before her marriage she united with the Christian church of Blandinsville in the fellowship of which church she remained a faithful member till her death. On the 24th of Feb. 1898, she was united in marriage to Fred Kling. This union was a happy one only to be so soon interrupted by death. She leaves a husband, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Fisher, a sister and many friends to mourn her death. Her death was caused by a complication of ailments, she being helpless for over six months previous to her death. A short service was held (in Newton), conducted by Rev. E. F. Leake, after which the remains were brought to Blandinsville where final services were held, conducted by Rev. C. S. Townley assisted by Rev. Douglas. Burial in north (Glade City) cemetery."
