    • Dewey George was survived by his wife Reva Irene; two daughters, Mrs. Dallas (Audrey) Cramer of rural Blandinsville and Mrs. Betty Gardner of Macomb; two sisters, Mrs Dora Alton of Blandinsville and Mrs. May Carmack of LaHarpe; four grandchildren; and a great granddaughter. Five brothers, Clarence, Jacob, Henry, Cecil and Raymond George, a sister, Mrs. Florence Jones, and a granddaughter preceded him in death. [14]

      Dewey E. George, 73, of 414 E. Randolph St., a retired farmer, died Sunday at 12:05 p.m. at McDonough District Hospital where he had been a patient six weeks.

      Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Sargent Funeral Home. The Rev. Dewitt Ellinwood will conduct the services and burial will be a Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Friends may call anytime Tuesday at the funeral home where visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial has been established for the Heart Fund and those who wish to make contributions.
