...personally appear Benjamin Botts who being duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says that he was present and saw Rufus Botts now decd sign the foregoing instrument presposting to be the last Will and testament of his the said Rufus Botts now dec'd and heard him publish and declare the same to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same the said Rufus Botts was of sound and disposing mind..."
