Notes - This record from a Bible printed in 1754 in Dublin, Ireland by and for George Grierson, Printer to the King's Most Excellent Majesty. It is in very poor condition, with the cover and many pages gone, and the rest frayed and torn. The Bible was formerly owned by Mrs. Evans Harrell of Cincinnati, Ohio, who published this record in The American Genealogist, Vol. 45, January 1969, page 110 (attached). This 2002 image of the record is displayed courtesy of her daughter, Mary Harrell-Sesniak with her mother's publication notes beside. - Not clear who Mary McDavis is. Not one of Abel and Rachel's natural children. Perhaps the person who wrote the listing for Abel and Rachel.
