Personally appeared before me, Quinton C. Ward, Clerk of the County Court of said County, Thomas Ashby and made oath that He is over the age of twenty one years; and that Miss Nancy M Walters is over the age of eighteen years and that there are no legal objections existing to the Marriage of Affiant and Miss Nancy M Walters to the best of his knowledge and belief.
