 | Pretty Wedding on Wednesday Evening 1910 "Miss Nellie Huff, the charming younger daughter of Mr. Mrs. Clayton Huff, of the Cincinnati pike, and Mr. Forest Corwin, of Lebanon, were united in marriage Wednesday evening, the ceremony being performed in the presence of about forty friends and relatives at the home of the bride. A beautiful bank of ferns and potted plants formed a background for the nuptial ceremony, which occurred promptly at 8 o'clock and was performed by Rev. W. H. Patton, of Yellow Springs. The bride was handsomely gowned in a dress satin messaline, trimmed with Irish lace, and she carried a bouquet of carnations. After the wedding ceremony a delicious three course wedding supper was served. At the bride's table, which was beautifully decorated in pink and white, were seated the following: Mr. and Mrs. Forest Corwin, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Corwin, Miss Jessie Harner, Miss Florence Corwin, Miss Elberta Engle, Mr. Edward Huff, Mr. John Hawk and Rev. Patton, Mr. and Mrs. Corwin were the recipients of many beautiful and useful wedding gifts. After a short wedding trip the young couple will make their home in Lebanon where the groom is a popular and highly esteemed young man." |
